My shooting style is very laid back and I always make sure anyone I photograph feels comfortable.
When you receive your gallery, I want you to feel the emotion from that day! I always give direction by prompting, not so much posing because I believe every image should tell a story. This helps you loosen up & break out of any awkward feeling of being in front of the camera!
Growing up you could always find me taking photos
I’ve had a camera for as long as I can remember. I wanted to document all the moments, nothing was too big or too small.
Honestly, have you ever heard anyone say “I regret taking that photo” Never, it’s always the opposite. So you could say I was destined to be a photographer.I love when I have things in common with my couples, or when we share a love for a certain TV show, so I’ll list a few of my favorite things! Even if we have nothing in common, that’s okay too and I can’t wait to get to know all about YOU.
When I’m not capturing your love story, I’m usually hanging out with my dogs! Their names are Penelope and Stinky. I love exploring with them, going camping, and just being outdoors! I’m also a huge beach lover, you can catch me going to California all of the time, honestly I feel most at home when I’m by the ocean.

Sydney photographed a couple’s session of myself and my partner, and shortly thereafter ended up photographing my fiancé’s surprise proposal! And I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to be part of that special moment. Sydney has such a way of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera (which was exactly what I needed as I’m not very experienced being photographed!) She becomes so much more than just your photographer when you work with her - she becomes a familiar friend, the best hype-woman, and a person you’re positive you can rely on to capture moments you’re going to cherish forever.

If you don't know Sydney, she will feel like family by the time you are done with your photoshoot. She put all our wedding day worries at ease with her calm presence, professionalism, and ability to keep the day organized and running smoothly. She did a great job directing our large wedding party during the bridal party photos and made us feel so comfortable during our private couple photos as well. Sydney captured our wedding day so perfectly. I can't say thank you enough for the incredible photos and memories created on that day!
